Torre Aurora stands perched above the sea, between Fegina and the Old Town:
a tower built around the year 1000, with panoramic terraces
and views over the Gulf of Monterosso and the Cinque Terre.
THE HISTORY
Built around the year 1000, the Tower was originally constructed for defensive purposes: a strategic point overlooking the sea to monitor the coast and counter pirate raids. In subsequent centuries it was fortified and transformed, also coming under the influence of the Republic of Genoa. Today, since 2017, it is a place open to the public: history remains the protagonist and becomes atmosphere, among panoramic terraces and carefully curated details.
TERRACE & PANORAMA
We are in the Cinque Terre Park, in a medieval monument surrounded by terraces: a view that dominates the Gulf of Monterosso and embraces the horizon of the Cinque Terre.
ATMOSPHERE & DETAILS
The experience is designed to remain essential and authentic: a historic tower enhanced with subtle choices, carefully selected materials, and an atmosphere that complements the panorama without overwhelming it. Here every detail is intentional: the music creates rhythm without intruding, local craftsmanship adds character, the raw ingredients tell the story of the territory. It is a delicate balance between history and contemporary style, between stone and light, between service and simplicity to leave room for what truly matters: the sea, the view, the moment.
