Reservations are not accepted for aperitivo.

Torre Aurora’s wine cellar features a carefully curated selection of wines designed to enhance every dish and every moment of the experience. The journey begins with the territory, featuring typical labels from Cinque Terre and Liguria, and extends to some of Italy’s most important wine-producing regions: from Valpolicella to Montalcino, through Franciacorta.
Alongside national excellence, international references also find their place, including Champagne, for those seeking a more celebratory glass or wishing to explore different expressions of the wine landscape. A curated selection that combines local identity with a broader vision, always maintaining consistency with the cuisine and the overall experience.
